Mastasset Premium Membership — Terms & Conditions

1. Premium membership is free to join. There are no upfront listing fees.
2. Mastasset will actively market your listed properties and connect you with qualified buyers through follow-up emails, phone calls, and platform promotion.
3. Mastasset commits to sourcing a serious buyer within 21 calendar days of a property being listed and approved.
4. Upon successful closure of any deal sourced or facilitated by Mastasset, a commission of 2.5% of the total transaction value is payable to Mastasset Resources Management Ltd.
5. If Mastasset is unable to close a deal within 21 days, no commission is charged for that listing cycle.
6. All listed properties must have valid documentation. Sales listings require full property documents. Rental listings do not require property documents.
7. Members must provide accurate and truthful information. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension.
8. Mastasset reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any membership or listing at its sole discretion.
9. Each member will be assigned a unique Membership ID attached to their profile.
10. These terms may be updated by Mastasset. Members will be notified via email of any changes.
